In the case of 'Transaction Status: PENDING' , not released the selected seats after the holding time.

solved. 
Released the seat after a successful payment (time required almost half hours)

The seat released only after the successful/failed transaction done in the same show. In the case of failed transaction, it takes more times than that of a success transaction (more than half hour).
