Civil Registration-Birth PDE-Address

Operator login ല്‍ data entry ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ address of parents,Birth Place, informat address എന്നിവ -Address not recorded നല്‍കിയാണ് submit ചെയ്തത്. Verifer login ല്‍ Present address, Permanent address എന്നിവ വെവ്വേറെ നല്‍കുകയും, Place ob birth-Same as permanent address എന്നും Informant address -Same as present address എന്ന് മാര്‍ക്ക് ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു. ആയതിന്‍റെ auto note പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോള്‍  Same as permanent/Present adress check box ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതിന്‍റെ note മാത്രം update ആകുകയും Note Recorded നല്‍കിയിരുന്നതില്‍ data ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയതിന്‍റെ നോട്ട് update ആയിട്ടുമില്ല. (കൂടാതെ Operator login ല്‍ data entry ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ address field കളില്‍ data നല്കി submit ചെയ്യുകയും verifier login ല്‍ ഇവയെല്ലാം Address Not recorded ആക്കി മാറ്റുകയും ചെയ്താല്‍ ആയതിന്‍റെ ഒന്നും autonote update ആകുന്നില്ല.)
