1. General check list ‘No’ കൊടുത്തും functional attachment tick ചെയ്ത് attach 
   ചെയ്യാതെയും file submit ചെയ്തപ്പോള് deficiency letter വരികയും 
   rectification files ലേയ്ക്ക് file പോകുകയും ചെയ്തു. General check list 
   ‘Yes’ കൊടുത്തതിനുശേഷം  functional attachment attach ചെയ്യാതെ file 
   submit ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍  deficiency letter generate ആകാതെ file action to be 
   taken (functional attachment ചെയ്യാതെ) ലേയ്ക്ക് പോയി.
2. Rectification, skipped, interim, action to be taken തുടങ്ങിയവയിലെ search 
   ല്‍ file number കൊടുത്ത് enter ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ search pdf ആയി download 
   ആകുന്നു.
