Occupation ഫീല്‍ഡ് Malayalam ത്തില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ലെങ്കില്‍ Verification Report ല്‍ Not Recorded എന്നാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. 8. Witness ന്റെ salutation സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നാല്‍ Verification Report ല്‍ പേരിനൊപ്പം Not Recorded / രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് വരുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കണം. 9. 14. Book Year ല്‍ 2000 താഴോട്ടുള്ള വര്‍ഷങ്ങള്‍ മാത്രമേകാണിക്കുന്നുള്ളു. Common Marriage Registration 2008 മുതലാണ് പഞ്ചായത്തുകളില്‍ start ചെയ്തത്. ആയത് 2008 മുതല്‍ മുകളിലോട്ടുള്ള വര്‍ഷങ്ങള്‍ വന്നാല്‍ മതിയാകും
