Here two files are merged A(400538/RPSH02/General/2021/149) to B(400538/RPSH02/General/2021/151). A contains 5 paras and B contains 6 paras. 
In the merged file ie B, total of 12 paras are seen in which 4th para of B file is found repeated as para 12.
This repetition is not found in file extract.
