Created attachment 2115 [details] Still Birth Certificate 1. നിലവിൽ Still Birth Registration Approval കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ Registration Number മാത്രമാണ് AutoNote ൽ കാണിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ Certificate Generate ആകില്ല. Still Birth Registration നു Certificate ആവശ്യമാണ്. Certificate ന്റെ copy attach ചെയ്യുന്നു.
2. Registration Search വഴി Still Birth Search ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ Still Birth Certificate ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ ഇതിൽ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമാണ്. നിലവിലുള്ള Certificate Attach ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിൽ വരുത്തേണ്ട മാറ്റങ്ങൾ Highlight ചെയ്ത് ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്
