Death Verification Report

1. Death Verification report ല്‍ C/o details, House Number, Residence Association Number എന്നിവ അഡ്രസ്സുകളിലൊന്നും കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല.
2. Death Verification report 3 പേജിലായി വരുന്നു
3. Registration file processing ല്‍ Operator ലോഗിനില്‍ C/o name തിരുത്തിയത് Autonote ല്‍ വരുന്നില്ല.
4. Death Certificate ല്‍ C/o details, House Number, Residence Association Number എന്നിവ അഡ്രസ്സുകളിലൊന്നും കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല.
