A)Place of Birth
Others-Ward of Birth place is mandatory and is filled with the wards of current LB. If the adopted child is from a distant place, selection is not possible. This field must be kept disabled for efiling. It is also found that the f the MF mapping is not according to the ward field in the template.
B)Common- What is the need of submit button in all tabs. Submit button needed only for the last tab
c)Application - Application pdf of Malayalam and English generating to 2 pages. Must be aligned to make it in a single page.
