When MF is changed from 30 - 1 year to above 1 year taking from saved documents of public user and saving all tabs, its getting Internal server error when submitting the file.

A Birth registration template is submitted and report is generated.
Now I need to edit the application. Here the data saved and submitted are not seen.

Sorry for mentioning as birth registration in comment 2. the case is regarding Death registration. 
Once template submitted, the report is generated and it an be taken from saved documents. But when taken again report can be seen and when trying to edit the application the template part is showing blank.

NB: The issue is occurring only sometimes.
