1. Can't Save with additional charge , Selection Query Error occurred at the time 
   of Save.

Unit Admin already Exists message shows when applying admin privilege.

1.It is due to missing script.Script updated.

2.if unit admin already exists in the particular lb, cant give unit admin privilege to the newly added user.
