1. Epay receipt showing only LB name ie. LB Type is not displayed along with Lb name.
2. Date format in QR Code scan result in receipt must be changed.
3. In Online Payment screen after making epayment- Mobile no, PIN No, Efile No(this check whether it is needed), not showing
4.In Online Payment screen after making epayment Name and other fields are showing full caps which is not necessary. First cap is only needed. 
5. TRN Ref No showing same in all transactions.
6. In ack Summary page, - In fees details a space must be provided before Date and the date format must also be changed.
7. After making payment in Online payment screen, there are two buttons one is print which moves to print utilities and back button. What is the need of this label for the button. It can be changed to Close or submit or ok or proceed
8. In ACK Receipt (both malayalam and English), date format must be changed in fee details. Amount must be aligned to right or middle, decimal part may also be added.
9. In Application English and Malayalam Address field must be standardized. Not required fields must be avoided.
10. Fee details in application pdf-- Date format must be changed, Sl No showing starting no as 2 and must be aligned, Amount must also be aligned.Total must be made bold. 
11. Application page can be minimised to 1 page, LB details below the logo can be shrinked and can save three line width which indeed lower the size of pdf and can save a lot of server space also.
12. If the user declined the payment it will prompt for a make payment window once more. And the further payment is not possible leaving a blank page. Refreshing the page moves to Finance module. When using back button here the page is loaded to the fee details and while using pay now button a confirmation message is coming and is not getting further movements.
13. Court fee is not collecting along with any other payments. ie in butcher license, fee of rs 50 is alone collecting, court fee is not mentioning.
