Groom address, Bride address എന്നിവയില്‍ current address (Malayalam) , current address (English) എന്നാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. ആയത് address heading അനുസരിച്ച് മാറ്റേണ്ടതാണ്. 3. Groom address, Bride address, Witness address എന്നിവയില്‍ House Name / Office Name (Malayalam), House Name / Office Name (English) എന്നാണ് വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആയത് House Name (Malayalam), House Name (English) എന്നാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 4. Witness correction tab save ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം applicant tab ലേയ്ക്ക് automatic ആയി പോകേണ്ടതാണ്. 5. Communication tab save ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം corrections എന്ന tab ലേയ്ക്കാണ് പോകുന്നത്. ആയത് communication tab ല്‍ തന്നെ നില്‍ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 6. Applicant എന്നത് individual ആണ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതെങ്കിലും verification report ല്‍ joint ആണ് വരുന്നത്. 7. Verification report heading ല്‍ 'രെജിസ്റ്ററില്‍' എന്നത് രജിസ്റ്ററില്‍ എന്നാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 8. Verification report ല്‍ ഭാര്യയുടെ പേരിന്റെ ശീര്‍ഷകം 'ഉര്‍വ്വശി' എന്നതിന്റെ font തെറ്റായിട്ടാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. 9. Action to be taken ല്‍ നിന്നും file open ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ file view page ന്റെ bottom ലേക്കാണ് പോകുന്നത്. 10. Correction ന്റെ ഒരു inward ചെയ്ത് process complete ആകുന്നതിനുമുമ്പേ ആ record ല്‍ വീണ്ടും correction request കൊടുക്കുവാന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്നു. 11. Correction ല്‍ operator ടെ auto note തെറ്റായിട്ടാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്.
