1. Hospital kiosk users login ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ Cash declaration ആവശ്യമില്ല.
2. Data submitted through Civil Registration Module എന്നാണ് auto note വരുന്നത്. 
   ആയത് Data submitted through hospital kiosk  എന്നല്ലേ വരേണ്ടത്.
