1. Hindu Marriage Certificate Request – Template Part – Regn Search കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല  

2. Birth Certificate Request - Regn Search ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ Search Result നു താഴെ 'If you are sure that the above birth is registered, submit the application in the"Search Death Records in Local Body" Search Request of Birth Records in Local Body' ഇങ്ങനെ കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഇതിൽ 'Search Request of Birth Records in Local Body'   എന്ന ലിങ്ക് ഓപ്പൺ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ    Internal Server Error ആണ്     {status: "error", statusCode: 0, message: "Internal Server Error", data: [],…}

3. Certificate Request Inward (Birth, Common Marriage) - Template  - Applicant Tab - 'APPLICANT'S NAME' Part ൽ Aadhar Number / Enrollment ID സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നമ്പർ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള field missing ആണ്. എന്നാൽ 'CO-APPLICANT'S NAME' Part ൽ ഈ ഫീൽഡ് ഉണ്ട്.

4. Certificate Request Inward (Birth) - Enrollment ID സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ Place Holder Value 'Aadhar Number ' എന്നാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്

5. Certificate Request Inward (Birth, Death) - Template  - Registration Details Tab - Date format dd/mm/yyyy എന്നാണ് വേണ്ടത് 

6. Certificate Request Inward (Birth, Death) - 'View'  Button സൈഡിലേക്ക് ആണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത് centre ൽ വരണം 

7. Certificate Request Inward (Death) - Template  - Registration Details Tab - Tab Heading 'Details' എന്നത് 'Registration Details' എന്ന് വേണം 

8. Certificate Request Inward (Death) - Template  - Registration Details Tab - Gender, Place Of Death എന്നിവ '/' എന്ന് മാത്രമേ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളൂ

9. Certificate Request @ Operator Login - Registration Details Tab  Gender  '/' എന്ന് മാത്രമേ കാണിക്കുള്ളൂ

10. Certificate Request Inward (Death) - Template  - Registration Details Tab - 'View' ബട്ടണിൽ Button കളർ കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല 
 
11. Certificate Request Inward (Death) - Template  - submit ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ 'Front Office-Birth Certificate Request Submitted Successfully' എന്നാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. ഇവിടെ 'Death' എന്ന് മാറ്റേണ്ടതാണ്
