Issue 1

1. Administrative report – defect notice ല്‍ address ല്‍ applicant name വരേണ്ട 
   ആവശ്യമില്ല. Applicant name separate കാണിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
2. Defect notice ലെ clear button ‘Clear’ എന്നാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
3. Please check the spelling of defect notice.
