District Registrar return ചെയ്തതോ Approve ചെയ്തതോ ആയ ഫയലുകള്‍ ആരുടെ ലോഗിനിലും ഒരു notification  ആയി വരുന്നില്ല. സാധാരണ ഒരു ഫയലായി അതാത് യൂസറിന്‍റെ ഇന്‍ബോക്സില്‍ കാണിക്കുന്നതല്ലാതെ ഇതു Interoffice വഴി വന്ന ഫയല്‍ ആണെന്ന് identify ചെയ്യാന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല
