Birth template ല് permanent address ല് എന്തെങ്കിലും corrections വരുത്തിയാല് present/place of birth ഇവ same as ആണെങ്കില് തിരുത്തപ്പെട്ട മാറ്റങ്ങള് വരുന്നുണ്ട്. എന്നാല് auto note ല് permanent address ല് correct ചെയ്തത് മാത്രമേ കാണിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ. എവിടെയെല്ലാം തിരുത്തലുകള് വരുന്നുണ്ടോ ആയത് എല്ലാം auto note ല് കാണിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 2. Birth template correction auto note ല് last ഒരു comma വരുന്നുണ്ട്. - see the fig
