Civil Registration_Monthly Report

1	State wise/District wise report എടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ “no of Registration Units” count തെറ്റാണ്.

2	Excel, CSV എന്നിവയില്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് available അല്ല.

3	Grid heading ല്‍ Birth,Death, Child Death, Still Birth എന്നും PDF ല്‍ Birth,Death, Child Death,Infant Death, Still Birth എന്നുമാണ് ഉള്ളത്.

4	State wise/District wise report എടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ഓരോ ജില്ലയിലേയും എല്ലാ local body കളും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ കാണുന്നില്ല

5	State Wise Report/District Wise---Consolidated tick ചെയ്താലും view ആകുന്നത് unconsolidated data ആണ്.

6	Lb wise monthly report consolidated tick ചെയ്ത് pdf download ആകുന്നത് lb wise data അല്ല.(CR & DDP login)

7	LB യില്‍ operator login ല്‍ മാത്രവും, DDP യില്‍ ddp login ല്‍ മാത്രവുമാണ്  Monthly Report ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.

8	LB login ല്‍ monthly report എടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ state wise report ആണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.

9	Selection മാറുന്നതനുസരിച്ച് screen automatically refresh ആകുന്നില്ല.

10	ഏത് തരത്തിലുള്ള റിപ്പോര്ട്ടും consolidated select ചെയ്തെടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ Vital Indicators കാണിക്കുന്നത് ഒരുപോലെയാണ്
