2. Registration Search വഴി Still Birth Search ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ Still Birth Certificate ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ ഇതിൽ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമാണ്. നിലവിലുള്ള Certificate Attach ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിൽ വരുത്തേണ്ട മാറ്റങ്ങൾ Highlight ചെയ്ത് ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട് Created attachment 2116 [details]

Created attachment 2115 [details] Still Birth Certificate 1. നിലവിൽ Still Birth Registration Approval കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ Registration Number മാത്രമാണ് AutoNote ൽ കാണിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ Certificate Generate ആകില്ല. Still Birth Registration നു Certificate ആവശ്യമാണ്. Certificate ന്റെ copy attach ചെയ്യുന്നു.
