1. File import file search ൽ custodian പേരിനു പകരം Seat Name ഉപയോഗിക്കണം . 2. Set Date format DD/MM/YYYY. 3. start date must be less than end date,end date must be greater than start date ഇങ്ങനെ മെസ്സേജ് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാലും date കൾ തമ്മിൽ validate ചെയ്യണം . കൂടാതെ message ന്റെ start ലെറ്റർ capital letter ആയി set ചെയ്യുക. 4. Reset Button click ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ seat , major function , sub funtion , minor function എന്ന് ഓരോ combo കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള label കൂടി reset ആകുന്നു . 5. Header Value Sl.no to Sl No. എന്നും custodian പേര് മാറ്റി Seat ആക്കുകയും വേണം . 6. Invalid page selection => Invalid Page selection എന്നാക്കണം . 7. From Page/Paragraph select ചെയ്യുന്ന value വിന് സമാനമായ value മുതൽ മുകളിലേക്കുള്ള value മാത്രം to Page/Paragraph ൽ കാണിച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും . 8. ഫയൽ ഇമ്പോർട്ട് ചെയുന്നതിനുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങൾ:- ഫയൽ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് ഇമ്പോർട്ട് ചെയുന്നതിനുള്ള ഫയൽ എടുക്കുക . എന്ന മെസ്സേജ് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ ഇത് നൽകേണ്ടത് Search ചെയ്ത് result ലഭിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് . അതിൽ ഫയൽ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ എന്നത് ഫയൽ നമ്പർ എന്നാക്കണം . ഈ മെസ്സേജ് Search ചെയ്ത് result ലഭിക്കുമ്പോൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കിയാൽ മതി . അല്ല എങ്കിൽ നിലവിൽ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന മെസ്സേജ് മുഴുവനായും ഒരു help button ലേക്ക് മാറ്റണം . പ്രിവ്യു ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് പേജും പാരയും എന്നതിൽ പാരഗ്രാഫ് എന്ന് പൂർണ്ണമായും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. 9. Preview എടുക്കാതെ തന്നെ Enclosure Name നൽകി import ചെയ്‌താൽ impoted successfully എന്ന മെസ്സേജ് ലഭിക്കും . എന്നാൽ import നടക്കുകയുമില്ല . preview എടുക്കാതെ import ചെയ്യുവാൻ സാധിക്കരുത് . 10. ഒരേ Enclosure Name ൽ ഒരു ഫയലിലേക്ക് ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ പ്രാവിശ്യം import ചെയ്യുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് . അത് ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . 11.ഒരു ഫയൽ ഒരു Enclosure Name നൽകി import ചെയ്തു. അതിനുശേഷം മറ്റൊരു ഫയൽ import ചെയ്യുവാൻ എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഈ Enclosure Name അവിടെ കാണിക്കുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കണം. 12.In file extract some times paragraph created date and author details printed in the next page. This is not good to view . Please solve this problem.
