Many 'pending cases' are reported in the time of bulk booking. In that cases the cash debited from the customer account, but they have not getting any confirmation. 

In the above said cases, the status 'Pending' is changed as 'Success' after a success transaction. But in that cases the ticket cant viewable or automatically not get the message to the customer.
