1. Page Number & record number field ല്‍  3 digit number (numeric only) ആയി validate ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
2. General Remarks ഫീല്‍ഡില്‍ Malayalam and English രണ്ടും enter ചെയ്യുവാന്‍ സാധിക്കണം
3. Cancelled record mark ചെയ്യുവാനുള്ള check box ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. ( same as birth pde template)
4. Name of Bride’s Father/Guardian (Both English and Malayalam) ഫീല്‍ഡുകളില്‍ special characters കൂടി എന്‍ട്രി ചെയ്യാന്‍‍ സാധിക്കണം eg: രാജു(അമ്മാവന്‍)
5. verification report ല്‍ Registration Date കൂടി ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തണം
6. Operator ലോഗിനില്‍ template സബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം template ആക്ടീവായി കാണുന്നു. 
7. Registration Number ഫീല്‍ഡില്‍ old data യുമായി validation വേണം
8. Page Number, Record Number ഫീല്‍ഡുകളില്‍ Numbers entry മാത്രം മതിയാകും
9. Registration Number ഫീല്‍ഡില്‍ data എന്ട്രി ചെയ്യേണ്ട format ഒരു example ആയി കാണിക്കണം.
10. മറ്റു ലോഗിനുകളില്‍ template വരുത്തിയ തിരുത്തലുകള്‍ note ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ല
11. Verification report - functional attachment ല്‍ കാണിക്കണം

7. Solved. Verifier ലോഗിനില്‍ നിന്നും template verify ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം template active ആയി കാണിക്കുന്നു. Submit ബട്ടണും active ആണ്.

12. Approver ലോഗിനില്‍ ഫയല്‍ open ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ template സെക്ഷനിലെ Submit ബട്ടണ്‍ active ആയി കാണിക്കുകയും template വീണ്ടും സബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്താല്‍ മാത്രമേ Approve, Reject, Return ബട്ടണുകള്‍ കാണിക്കുന്നുള്ളു
