Civil Registration template save ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം Subject Description ല്‍ district/Lb name change ചെയ്താല്‍ template ല്‍ പഴയ വിവരങ്ങളും File ല്‍ പുതിയ വിവരങ്ങളുമാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.(file പുതിയ LB യിലേക്ക് forward ആകുന്നു. Registration approve ചെയ്തു കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ പഴയ LB യുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ആണ് certificate ല്‍ കാണുന്നത്. )

 template save ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം Subject description ല്‍ Function change ചെയ്താല്‍ പുതിയ function ന് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള template കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല.
