1. Legal Information	
a.ആധാരത്തിന്റെ തീയതി-The label can be changed to “കരാർ/ ഉടമ്പടി തീയതി “ in malayalam and “Deed/Agreement Date” in English
b.ആധാരം നമ്പർ - The label can be changed to “കരാർ/ ഉടമ്പടി നമ്പർ “ in malayalam and “Deed/Agreement Number” in English
c.Name of Source Writing Office in English - Change label to “Name of the Registration Office”or “Name of the Sub Registrar Office”

2. Place of Birth- 
a. Ward of Birth place is mandatory and is filled with the wards of current LB. If the adopted child is from a distant place, selection is not possible. This field must be kept disabled for efiling. It is also found that the f the MF mapping is not according to the ward field in the template.
b. Save must prompt cursor view to the top of next tab

3. Report	----
For address fields(5,6,7) space must be accompanied with every commas.

4. Declaration--- 
In declaration page submit button can be changed to Proceed.

5. Application 		
Application pdf of Malayalam generating to 2 pages. Must be aligned to make it in a single page.

6. Common		
What is the need of submit button in all tabs. Submit btton needed only for the last tab
