1. unwanted lines in the template in all tabs for firefox brwoser
2. Sex of Deceased can be changed to Gender of Deceased 


B) Place of Death
1. Reporting officer Name and Designation boxes not found like as Birth
2. Combos can be replaced by non-editable text boxes.
