1. All---Front Office communication mode ആയിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ ഫയലുകളും
2. Pending---Service delivery date കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും delivered ആയിട്ടില്ലാത്തവ
3. Todays deliverables---അതാത് ദിവസം Service delivery date ആയിട്ടുള്ളവ.

Pls clarify this.(ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ ആണോ എന്ന് clarify ചെയ്യുക)
