Basic Details->Type of Sender-Institution(Govt./Non Govt)-Applicant Details->Address type-Outside India

---There is no 'To address' in defect notice and acknowledgement slip (Blank)
---Receipt ഉള്ള file ആണെങ്കില്‍ Name of Payee blank
---File list ല്‍ applicant name--Not Recorded
---Rectification file ല്‍ address field മാറുന്നു. ie, There is one address field in outside India address type. But on rectification files, adress1, address2 fields are found as mandatory. എന്നാല്‍ address 2 field ല്‍ data കൊടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിലും file submit ആകും.(For type-Individual/Institution/joint)

New Inward-Type of sender-Institution—Address-Inside LB, Inside Kerala, Outside Kerala:
   Defect Notice-’To’ Address-Name of officer in Charge വരും.Office Name ഇല്ല. എന്നാല്‍ acknowledgement slip ല്‍ Name and adress-Office name and adress ആണ് വരുന്നത്.
