1. Interoffice file disposal auto note  (,ഫയൽ എന്ന കാരണത്താൽ കെ.ഡിസ് ആയി തീർപ്പാക്കുന്നു.) എന്നാണ് വരുന്നത്.
2. File extract ല്‍ അവസാനത്തെ ഖണ്ഡിക വരുന്നില്ല.
3. മറ്റ് ഫയലുകള്‍ dispose ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ auto note വരുന്നില്ല.
