1. Attachments which are added as functional ones during efile process are not found in functional attachments in correspondence side instead found in 'all'tab
2.  if we click on comment icon in Note side, auto note dissappears and can be seen only after file forwarded.
3.  In Transaction history of efile login-Status is showing approval pending, but the current status in file details is showing approved. 
4. What is the need of LB emblem and address in application form submitting through efile.

5. In Application Preparation..labeling spelling mistake.."""attach below""" as pdf/image

6. In Work flow No QR code are seen in application page in current side in file.

7. In application preparation- Service details section, 2 combo alignment misorder

8. Comments provision in note side is unable to make delete or edit
   Same Comments coming with multilple notes of same user (fig1)

9. Change icon for Application details and Application preparation

10. auto note gets hidden when Comments are saved blank or with data.
