Created Institution type as Police Station.
Created user with Institution type Police Station.
Now we have to assign the user to the created police station
Here in Assign user to office, after checking "Do you want to assign to institution?" Office type combo appears. here Police Station is selected, but the created one is not listed. 

Showing message "No offices under this type"

Same cases arised in case of Orphanage, Old age home etc.
all cases expect Hospital is showing this problem

no issue exist.

First create an institution of office type like carehome, policestation etc then only can assign user to that institution.otherwise  "No offices under this type"
msg occurs.

Institution Name once saved cannot be edited

Is Institution name edited provision required?
